Joan Kay Radcliff, 73, died Nov. 3, 2016, in Prescott, Arizona. She was born Aug. 31, 1943, in York County, Nebraska to John & Maxine (McGinnis) Preston. She was the oldest of four daughters.

Joanie married Jerry Radcliff Oct. 6, 1963. They moved to Prescott Aug. 13, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents.
