| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Sunday, November 13, 2016, page 6a Marjorie Elaine Vaughn Crawford Hanson 1919-2016. Marjorie is survived by her son, Dave Crawford, and his wife, Linda Crawford of Orange, California; daughter, Carolyn Crawford Warren of Oak Park, California; son-in-law, Dave Hanson, and his wife, Lori Hanson of Meridian, Idaho; grandchildren: Bret, Noel, Ahlia, Lucian, Annie, Andy, Kyle and Ryan; and great-grandchildren: Ethan, Annie, Hannah, Lexi, Kaiden, Noah, Emma, Oliver and Elijah. Marjorie was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church; The Phi Beta Kappa Society; International Organization of Women Pilots (The Ninety-Nines, Inc); Retired Public Employees Association of Orange County, California; Antelope Hills Home Owners Association; Antelope Hills Ladies Golf Association. Marjorie loved: Topsie, her dog; connecting with and serving people; her beautiful home in Prescott; playing golf; being co-pilot and sometimes pilot of the Beechcraft Bonanza she and Fred, her deceased husband, owned and maintained; nature and being outside. Marjorie was proudest of living independently, with zest for life, until her last day and co-piloting across the U.S. in the last Powder Puff Derby. In lieu of flowers, memorials to: Trinity Presbyterian Church, 630 Park Avenue, Prescott, Arizona. Arrangements were entrusted to the Ruffner-Wakelin Prescott Chapel.
