Edward M. “Eddie” Passov of Cottonwood, AZ. Born March 20, 1939 in Cleveland, OH. Died suddenly on November 10,2016. Beloved husband for 45 years to the late Lois Bauer Passov.

Loving father of Joe (Betsy) Passov of Phoenix, AZ, Lori (Ken) Kavanaugh of Tucson, AZ, Kathryn (Richard) Edelman of Shaker Heights, OH and John (Sara) Passov of Phoenix, AZ. Devoted grandfather of Christian Passov, Ava and Alex Edelman.

Cherished brother of Howard (Jody) Passov, Myrna (Bruce) Eglin, David (Trynne) Prince and Danielle Prince. Adoring son of the late Lillian and Daniel Passov. Dear companion of Gretchen Weberling. Eddie will always be remembered for his kindness, big heart and positive outlook.

After moving from Cleveland to Scottsdale in 1978 he owned and operated Passov Corp, until his move to Sedona in 1995. Eddie was a true humanitarian.

He embraced life in Sedona and enjoyed his work as a Project Director for the Light Heart Foundation, his time at the Sedona Community Food Bank, his role as a story-time reader to children at the library and his Starter/Ranger position at The Sedona Golf Resort.

He served as a 31-year member and 3-time President of Rotary International of Phoenix and Sedona. He served on the boards of Big Brothers/Big Sister of America, The Sedona Arts Festival and was an active volunteer for the Sedona Film Festival and Sedona Jazz on the Rocks. Eddie was a lifelong fan of his Cleveland and Arizona sports teams.

He was an avid golfer and bowler, an expert table tennis player and world traveler.

Services will be held Wednesday, November 16 at 4 PM at THE SEDONA GOLF RESORT 35 Ridge Trail Dr. Sedona, Az.86351. Family will receive friends immediately following services at the Sedona Golf Resort until 7 pm.
