| Mohave Daily News, Mohave Valley, AZ >>> Published in Mohave Daily News Online from Nov. 20 to Nov. 27, 2016 <<< Mitchell Dean Graham, age 55, of Carthage, IL. passed away at 11:35 AM on Friday, November 4, 2016 at Blessing Hospital in Quincy. Mitch was born July 24, 1961, the son of Richard and Susan (Summerbell) Graham in Fallon, Nev. He graduated from Bonanza High School in Las Vegas, Nev. and attended two years at Southern Utah University in Cedar City, Utah as a business major. Mitch earned his PGA card in 1981 and worked as a golf professional at several public and private golf clubs in Nev., Calif., and Ariz. He led many of his Pro-Am teams to victory with his talent and leadership on the course. His career highlights as a player included the Golden State Golf Tour, Assistants Match Play Champion, member of the Brooks Park Cup Team Sierra Nevada Chapter, Southern Open and qualifier for the AT&T Open. In 1990, Mitch was united in marriage to Amy (Huston) Nance at Little Church of the West, Las Vegas, Nev. Mitch was the owner of Graham's Golden Golf in Laughlin, Nev. before he entered the gaming business. He worked as a dealer, supervisor, executive casino host, shift manager, director of player development and director of casino operations at several gaming properties in Laughlin and Las Vegas, Nev. In 2008, Mitch established NV GUY Trucking and worked in transportation until June of 2016. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles and Immaculate Conception Church in Carthage, IL. Mitch enjoyed taking care of people, and he strived to provide exceptional customer service. His careers as a golf professional, casino host and truck driver proved to be excellent venues for his talents. He liked traveling, boating, camping, competitive sports, especially golf and baseball; and spending time with his family, friends and pets. Mitch was preceded in death by his father, Richard "Dick" Graham; beloved maternal grandfather, Martin Summerbell; and infant son, Nicholas Dean Graham. He is survived by his wife, Amy, of Carthage, IL.; one daughter, Ashley Graham of Sparks, Nev.; mother, Susan Benetti; maternal grandmother, Ruth Summerbell; and brother, Mike Boudell all of Las Vegas, Nev.; two sisters, Misty Boudell of Las Vegas, Nev. and Dee Durbin of Suquamish, Wash.; four grandchildren; three uncles; two brothers-in-law; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
