Betty Kramer began her journey in 1933 in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania. Her trek covered multiple states before ending in Prescott, Arizona, Nov. 22, 2016, as Betty Robeck.

Betty was feisty, argumentative, fiercely opinionated and political, cranky, compassionate, comedic, quirky and loving. Wife, mother, cosmetologist, customer service clerk, artist and personal advisor, Betty enjoyed a multitude of activities and made invaluable connections every step of the way.

Betty is resting next to her husband Ray Robeck.

Whether it was her sister Dorothy and her children and grandchildren; aunt Ann and her children and grandchildren; daughter Jodi and grandchildren Hannah and Luke; son John and Stormy the cat; stepchildren Mike and Pat; friends Mary, Irene, Edna, Lucy, Nancy the cat whisperer, Mary at the salon and the folks at the Peddler’s Pass swap meet, they all left an indelible impression.

As did the phenomenal staff and residents at Brookdale Prescott, which made her final years a joy. The decision to move there was a blessing. Granite Mountain Hospice helped with comfort and peace in her closing days.

She also admired the work and care of numerous medical professionals, including Doctors Rizk, O’Connor, Merrill, Rummel and Bryan.

And to those who touched her life who might have been left off this list, you’re not forgotten. Please say hello when you see her in heaven.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Heritage Memory Mortuary. Please visit www.heritagemortuary.com to sign Betty’s online guestbook.
