Patricia Tomasiak passed away Dec. 1, 2016 after battling many years 
with mulitple sclerosis.

Patricia taught high school subjects in the Vienna School District 
for 20 years before moving to Orange, Calif. She finished her 
teaching at St. Anthony High School in Long Beach, Calif. She 
retired to Lake Havasu City, her home since 2002.

She leaves behind her husband of 55 years Joseph “Bud” Tomasiak and 
brother Edward Macio of Huntington Beach, Calif.

Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
