| Camp Verde Bugle, Camp Verde, Arizona Thursday, December 01, 2016 Douglas Neal Wright Jr. passed in peace November 17th in Cooperstown, NY surrounded by his immediate family. Doug “Dougie” was born 1/18/1950 to Jeanne and Doug Wright Sr. in Inglewood CA, moving to the valley at the age of 5. Doug is survived by his wife Kathy, son Andrew (Marcy), daughter Chrissy (Jim), Grandchildren Azlyn, Tristan, James, Sawyer and his sister Barb. Doug was a well-known contractor in the Verde Valley and a friend to many. Doug will be remembered best for the guidance he gave, his ability for storytelling, the magic he brought to his grandchildren, extended family and best of all the Disney trips that will live in our memories. Remembrance services for friends and family will be held Saturday, December 10th from 1-3 p.m. at the Vineyard Christian Fellowship Church off of Zalesky Road. Information provided by survivors. |
