| Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ >>> Published on Saturday, December 10, 2016 <<< >>> Dec. 12, 1958 – Dec. 2, 2016 <<< Michelle Denise Beriau, 57,of Lake Havasu City died Dec. 2. Michelle, known as “Mickey” to her friends due to her love of collecting all things Mickey Mouse, worked at the Ross Department store in Lake Havasu City. She graduated from Bradford Christian High in 1978. Mickey lived in many locations throughout her life including New York, Colorado, Florida, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Arizona and even Spain. Her interests included a passion for art, animation, and especially Mickey Mouse. She always loved to sing and enjoyed singing at church and karaoke. She was a lifelong Christian with a heart for God and an abiding faith who whole-heartedly gave her love to others. She leaves behind her unique dachshund, “Mickalobe.” She described the dog as her “hug from Heaven” that she took everywhere she could with his wheeled cart that supported his back legs. Michelle is preceded in death by her parents Clodold L. Beriau I, Kristin Kirsch Beriau, and her step-mother, Blanche E. Beriau. She is survived by her brothers Bernard K. (Mona Chami) Beriau and Clodold L.(Emi) Beriau II of Lake Havasu City, as well as her nephew Louis. A memorial service will be at a later date.
