Loving wife, mother and grandmother, Judy Dandos, 73, of Prescott, Arizona, went to be with the Lord on Nov. 19, 2016.
Judy was born in Santa Monica, California, on Oct. 2, 1943. She graduated from Grover Cleveland High School in Northridge, California. and continued on to receive an Early Childhood Education degree from Stevens College in Missouri.
Judy was married to the love of her life, John Gust Dandos II, on Nov. 29, 1963.
Judy is survived by her husband, John; sons Scott (Leza) and Brent; grandchildren Dempsey, Delaney, Kaliopey, Karis and Brock; mother Cornelia “Penny” Carruthers; brothers Randy and David Carruthers; and sister Debbie Allen.
Judy is preceded in death by her father, John R. Carruthers.
There will be a Celebration of Life open house on Dec. 10, 2016 between 2 and 5 p.m. at Heights Church, 2121 Larry Caldwell Drive, Prescott, Arizona.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a memorial donation be given to St. Jude Children Hospital in Judy’s name.
