The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Monday, April 27, 1998, page 5a Dee Dee Balle, 51, died Friday, April 24, 1998, in Dewey. She was born Jan. 31, 1947 to Harry and Eleanor (Ardis) Sipes. She was born in Cuba, N.Y. and lived in Long Beach, Calif. She was a 911 dispatcher for the Redlands Police Department, San Bernardino Sheriff's Office in Big Bear, Calif., and the Yavapai County Sheriff's Office. She also worked for Red Arrow Reality in Prescott Valley. She was married on April 23, 1992, at Lynx Lake to Alan Balle. Survivors include her husband, Alan, daughter, Jennifer Ming, of Flagstaff, brother Mark Sipes, of Dewey, and sister, Jeannine Fouts, also of Dewey. Memorials are suggested to Prescott Hospice, Yavapai Regional Medical Center, Prescott Valley, AZ. Sunrise funeral Home helped the family with arrangements.
