| Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ >>> Published on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 <<< Calvin B. Wright, 64, of Lake Havasu City, passed away Nov. 29, 2016. He was born to Robert and Audrey Wright Oct. 26, 1952 in Highland Park, Mich. Calvin was born in Michigan and raised in Orange County, Calif. He moved to Phoenix in the 1990s, then found his way to Lake Havasu City in 2012 and resided here ever since. Calvin enlisted in the United States Navy in 1970 and was a very proud member of the Eagles and American Legion. Calvin loved riding his motorcycle, listening to good music, playing ball with “Dog,” playing Wii Bowling with his friends at the Eagles, and spending time with his granddaughters. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Calvin is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Audrey Wright. He is survived by his son Kevin Wright (Meagan Bell) of Lake Havasu City, daughter Chelsea (Scott) Roberts of Lake Havasu City, brothers Dave (Teresa) Wright of California, Jon Wright of California, Dan Wright of California, grandchildren Lindsey Flores, Brooklyn Roberts, Sophie Roberts, Lucy Wright and Gabby Wright. There will be a celebration of life at 1 p.m., Jan. 28, 2017 at the Fraternal Order of the Eagles, 1561 Marlboro Dr., Lake Havasu City. Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
