Gary Lee Tope, 74, of Lake Havasu City passed away on Dec. 5, 2016 
in Havasu. He was born to Thurman and Edna Mae Tope on Sept. 23, 
1942 in Canton, Ohio.

Gary met his true love, Clementine Kimble in Carson City, Nevada. 
They married on April 29, 1963. The couple shared 53 amazing years 
of marriage while living in Carson City for those 53 years. They 
moved to Havasu and enjoyed living in Havasu for one year.

Gary enjoyed boating, off-roading, riding ATVs, fishing and building 
things. He was a member of the Elks.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Thurman and Edna Tope and 
his sister, Dorothy.

Gary is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Clementine Tope of 
Lake Havasu City; son David Tope of Anderson, Calif.; daughter 
Laurie (Bruce) Todd of Carson City, Nevada; niece Lori Hardgrave; 
nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
