| Arizona Republic (Phoenix, AZ) Friday, April 4, 1969, p. 27 Mrs. Ceva Tucker, 51, wife of ex-city aide Services for Mrs. Ceva L. Tucker, 51, wife of former city engineer Sam Tucker, will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow in the Episcopal Christ Church of the Ascension, 4015 E. Lincoln. Mrs. Tucker, 5336 N. Sixth St., had contributed 5,500 hours to St. Joseph's Hospital and 500 hours to Good Samaritan Hospital auxiliaries and had been active in the Arthritis Foundation work. She was graduated from the University of Arizona in 1939, was a member of Ladies Oriental Shrine, Daughters of the Nile and Gamma Phi Beta sorority. Born in Arcata, Calif., she lived in Ajo from 1919 to 1937 and came to Phoenix in 1954 from Pasadena, Calif. Other survivors include a son, Richard of Appleton, Wis.; a daughter, Mrs. Ceva Ann Cirula of Nogales; her mother Mrs. Nellie Layton of Phoenix,; a brother, Frank D. Layton of Kailua, Hawaii; and to grandchildren. Friends may call after 5 p.m. today in Paradise Chapel, 3934 E. Indian School. Entombment will be in Greenwood Mausoleum.
