Elsie was born November 16, 1924 in Hobart, Oklahoma. A visitation will be held for Elsie on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at Ruffner Wakelin Prescott Chapel, 303 S. Cortez St., Prescott, Arizona from 3 to 5pm. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2016 at Ruffner Wakelin Prescott Chapel at 10:00am with burial to follow at Mt. View Cemetery. Ruffner Wakelin Prescott Chapel assisted the family with final arrangements. |
