Mary Ellen Saunders, 71, passed away peacefully at her residence in 
Lake Havasu City Dec. 5, 2016.

Mary Ellen lived her life with grace and a uniqueness that allowed 
her be true to herself and extend kindness and caring to friends and 
family.

Mary Ellen is survived by her siblings John Saunders and Patricia 
Rau.

She was predeceased by her partner Neil Slack.

Mary Ellen shared a special bond of love with nieces Michelle 
Saunders (deceased), Kerry Saunier, Jodi Krauss, Jessica Crupi and 
nephew T.J. Rau.

A funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 13, at St. Patrick’s Church, 
7 Pound Ridge Road, Bedford, New York 10506.
