Ruth Bessie (Kelley) Meacham

Ruth B. Meacham, 86, of Cottonwood went to be with the Lord December 9, 2016. She was born in Coweta, Oklahoma to John and Icie Kelley.

She moved to California and later married Robert Meacham. Then they moved to Cottonwood where she resided for 40 years. Ruth was a loving mother, wife, grandmother and great grandmother.

She loved being a homemaker, painting and sewing.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Meacham, 3 sisters Helen Honeycutt, Faye Velecorso, Mary Naten and 3 brothers Garland Kelley, Obadiah Kelley and John Kelley.

Ruth is survived by her sons Randolph and David (Sharon) Meacham, brothers Estes (Billie) Kelley and Jacob Kelley; grandchildren Laura Meacham, great grandchildren Sara Lelusche and Jason McClain.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday December 17, at 1006 South 5th Street, Cottonwood, 2-4 p.m.
