| The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ Wednesday, December 14, 2016 Alvelardo “Billy” Garcia, 58, passed away Nov. 24, 2016. He was a Wickenburg native and the great, great grandson of Ygnacio Garcia, early settler in Wickenburg. Billy is survived by his parents Bill and Diana Garcia; his daughter Mindy Monteith; a sister Cindi Ballinger; his brother Steve Garcia; four grandchildren; a niece and two nephews.
