Claude Eckel Rite Arranged

Funeral services for Claude O. Eckel, 67, who died Friday at the Whipple Veterans Center Hospital, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Whipple Chapel with rev. P. E. Forry officiating. Interment with full military honors will follow in the Whipple Cemetery.

Mr. Eckel was born June 21, 1886, in Arkansas City, Kan. He came to Arizona six years ago, spending most of that time in the Congress Junction area. He was a World War I veteran.

Survivors include three sisters, Mrs. Grace Holliday of Fairbanks, Alaska, Mrs. Edith Mover of Utah and Mrs. Margaret Despain of Oregon; also, four brothers, Asa G. and John of Prescott, Paul of Oregon and Emmett.

The Olds Mortuary is in charge of funeral arrangements.
