| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Sunday, January 1, 2017, p. 5a Royce Lee passed away Monday, Dec. 26, 2016, comfortably, at his home in Prescott Valley, at the age of 82. He was born in Oklahoma in 1934, spent most of his adult life in California before moving to Prescott Valley. Royce spent 40-plus years as a truck driver. For the past 19 years he and his wife Renee have managed the Shadow Mountain Mini Storage, where he enjoyed visiting with all the tenants. Royce is survived by his wife Renee, five daughters, Debra Among and Sandra Lee, both of California, Roxanne Lee of Paulden, Lauri Young of Tonto Basin, and Tonia Maynard of Prescott Valley, eight grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren. Royce was a man who radiated strength in all phases of life. He was there for his family unconditionally. He always told you what you needed to hear to help you through trials and tribulations in a genuine way from his enormous heart. His family and friends will always remember Royce as the most dependable pillar of strength and will keep his huge heart and jovial disposition in our memories forever.
