Arthur was born on March 21, 1929 in Cheektowaga, New York. Funeral Service, Monday January 9, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, Prescott, Arizona, 303 S. Cortez Street. Interment: Oddfellows Cemetery following Services. 400 S. Virginia, Prescott, Arizona. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice. Ruffner Wakelin Prescott Chapel assisted the family with final arrangements. |
