RICE, Gary LaVerne 

Gary LaVerne Rice, 61, of Ahwatukee passed away March 6, 2004 in Wichita Kansas. He retired after 17 years from Fleming Foods. Gary is survived by his loving wife of 42 yrs Marla, 1 son & daughter in law Gary A. & April Rice of Phx, 2 daughters & son in laws Marsha & Ronnie Van De Voorde of Wash. Il. Debbie & Joe Patterson of Galatia, Illinois, 5 grandchildren, 3 sisters, 22 nieces & nephews. Gary will be greatly missed by family & friends. 
Memorial service Sat. March 20 at Grace Community Church in the Lamb Chapel. 1200 E. Southern Ave. Tempe, AZ.  Published in the Arizona Republic on 3/18/2004.
