MCKAIG, Catharine Allen (Kitty)

McKAIG, Catharine Allen Catharine Allen McKaig (known as Kitty) passed away May 5, 2005. She was born in Philadephia, PA, November 14, 1907, the daughter of John A. Miskey and Esther Allen Miskey. She is survived by two daughters Esther Allen Gatchell of Lincoln, MA, and Sara Jane Molnar of Surprise, AZ, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Her first marriage was to Donald L. Mae Lea the father of Esther and Sara. He was killed in WWII. Later she married Captain William V. McKaig who predeceased her. She has resided in Sun City, AZ since 1979. Private Family Services were held. Arrangements for cremation are being made with the Menke Funeral Home and ashes taken to Cape Cod, MA, where she owned and operated 'The Traveling Kitty' and upscale Boutique.
