Keith A. Beauregard, 45, died at 8:25 a.m. Jan. 19, 2017.

Keith was born Aug. 7, 1971. He worked as a big rig truck driver. He 
loved his family, fast cars, and good times.

He is survived by fiancé Shannon Gwinn, his four children Phoenix, 
Forrest, Kalyssa and Donalyn, a brother John Day, sister Cherie 
LaRiviere, his mother Carol Chamberland and father Leonard 
Beauregard.

Viewing is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., today, Jan. 27, at Lake Havasu 
Mortuary. Cremation will follow and the family will host a private 
celebration of life Saturday, Jan. 28.
