Edward was born Aug. 29, 1930, in Babylon, New York. A Memorial Service will be held at The National Cemetery of Arizona, Prescott, Arizona 11 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2017. Ruffner Wakelin Prescott Chapel assisted the family with final arrangements. |
