Raleigh E. Tobine, 82, of Casa Grande died June 25, 2003 in Casa Grande. Mr. Tobine was born Sept. 13, 1920 in Manchester, N.H. He had a career in the Air Force. After retirement he was a ranger at Picacho Peak State Park. He raised dogs and showed them and was a member of the American Kennel Club. He was a "people person" and had many friends. He lived in Arizona for 42 years. Survivors include a daughter, Martha Woodrome of Phoenix; a stepdaughter, Jane Heckendron of Casa Grande; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to: Pinal-Gila Council for Senior Citizens Ombudsman, 1895 N. Trekell Road, Suite 2, Casa Grande, AZ 85222.
