Born June 14, 1894, in LaPorte, Indians, she passed away June 9, in Payson. Survivors include her husband, Mike Bozick, of Payson: three sons, Fred F. Wells of Prescott, Lyle A. Wells of Henderson, Nevada, Homer C. Wells of Tonto Basin: one daughter, Jean S. Cloudt of Payson: one sister of Mill Valley, Calif.: 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren. Arrangements were handled by Payson Funeral Home.
