Philip Paul Stiever, 76, of Black Canyon City, passed away on Jan. 11, 2017. Philip was born in Wilson, Minnesota.

Memorial Service will be held on Friday, Feb. 3, 2017, at Sunrise Funeral Home, 8167 E. Highway 69, Prescott Valley, Arizona, at 10:30 a.m.
