Walter S. Wheeler

Walter E. (sic S.) Wheeler committed suicide near McCabe Thursday by cutting his throat with a pocket knife.

He had been there but a few days and is said to have been in poor health. He came originally from Miami, I.T.

H. M. Maus and Co. sent out for the remains and funeral was had in this city yesterday with the rites of the I.O.O.F., of which order deceased was a member.

Transcriber's note: Mr. Wheeler is buried in an unmarked grave at the Citizens Cemetery in Prescott, Arizona.
