Terry Michael Bagwell, 77, of Spring Valley, Arizona, born in Phoenix, Arizona, on July 21, 1939, passed away in Prescott, Arizona on Jan. 19, 2017.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, Feb. 10, 2017, at 11 a.m. at the VA Chapel, 500 Highway 89, Prescott, Arizona.
