| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, February 8, 2017, page 7a Jack Jerald Mertes, 79, passed away in Prescott, Arizona, on Feb. 3, 2017. Jack was born July 31, 1937, in Massillon, Ohio. He is survived by two children, Jack Joseph Mertes and Michelle Ann Woodruff of Prescott Valley, Arizona; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren of Prescott Valley, Arizona; and his sister, “Pats” Price and family of Ohio. Funeral arrangements by Ruffner-Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel. Services to be private. Information provided by survivors. |
