| Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ >>> Published on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 <<< >>> Aug. 21, 1934 — Feb. 10, 2017 <<< Frank White, 82, passed away peacefully at the Polidori House in Lake Havasu City. His wife Loretta was with him. He was born in Eugene, Oregon Aug. 21, 1934. He leaves behind his wife of 60 years Loretta, daughter Jaye (Mike) Bellomy, grandson Trey (Travis) Cook, granddaughter Shea (Jeremi) Ehresman, great-granddaughters Neveah and Sierra Ehresman, and many other relatives in Oregon. Those who preceded him in eternal life include his son Jimmy (Whitney) White, brothers Lauren, Robert, Ellis and sister Eileen. Frank faithfully served his country in the United States Navy from 1952 to 1955 on the U.S.S. Kearsage, where he received the Korean Service Medal, China Service Medal and United Nations Service Medal. Frank and Loretta owned H & B Refrigeration in Barstow, California for 20 years before retiring and moving to Lake Havasu City. Frank also was a member of the Pipefitters Union. Frank and his family give their heartfelt thanks to all the nurses at Lake Hills Convalescent Hospital and Polidori Hospice House. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in Frank’s name to the Polidori House at 1970 Bahama Ave., Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403. His family will attend a graveside service in Barstow, California, Feb. 28, 2017. Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
