Justin Edward Ritcher, age 28, of Dewey, Ariz., passed away Feb. 9, 2017. He was born Nov. 10, 1988, in Phoenix, Ariz.

A public viewing will be held Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2017, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Sunrise Funeral Home, 8167 E. Highway 69, Prescott Valley, AZ 86314.
