Shawn Sargent, 43, of Lake Havasu City passed away March 3, 2017. He
was born Aug. 27, 1973 in East Chicago, Indiana.

Shawn grew up in Dyer, Ind. He attended and graduated in 1991 from
Lake Central High School in St. John, Ind. He went on to attend
Indiana University Northwest.

Shawn moved to Lake Havasu City in 2003. He graduated from HVAC
School at Mohave Community College in Havasu in 2008.

Shawn was an avid sports fan, loved Notre Dame and also the Chicago
Bears, White Sox and Bulls. He loved animals and will be deeply
missed by his feline friends Madison and AJ and his canine friends
Molly and Max.

Shawn is survived by his mother and step-father Sharon and Jerry
France of Lake Havasu City, father Glenn Sargent and his wife Kathy
of Merrillville, Ind., brother Scott Sargent and his wife Beverly of
Mount Vernon, Wash., step-sister Ashleigh Richards and her husband
Greg of Olympia, Wash., aunt Judi Ball (Norm) of Howell, Mich.,
uncle Bill Milligan (Danine) of Richland, Mich., aunt Cheryl
Anderson (Mike) of Demotte, Ind., uncle Chris Sargent of Denver,
Colo. and aunt and uncle Diane Bourne and Jack Seyfert of Lake
Havasu City. He also leaves behind feline friends Madison and AJ and
canine friends Molly and Max.

Shawn is preceded in death by his grandparents Ralph and Lillian
Milligan of Michigan and Glen and Carmen Sargent of Indiana.

Arrangements were placed under the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home
and Crematory.
