Cruz H. Olvera, 88, of Prescott, died Sunday, April 16, 2000, in Goodyear.

She was born May 3, 1911, in Mexico, to Simon and Jesus (Hernandez) Serratos.

Mrs. Olvera had lived in Arizona for 86 years.

Survivors include sons, Jessie Bais, of Mayer, Nicholas of Tucson and John of Prescott; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were a son, Amado and a daughter, Alice.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday at Memory Chapel, 131 Grove Ave., Prescott. A rosary will be recited at 11:30 a.m.

Mass of the Resurrection will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Prescott, with Father Joseph Gamm officiating.

Memory Chapel helped the family with arrangements.
