| Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ >>> Published on Sunday, March 19, 2017 <<< Teddy “Ted” Neal Toms, 86, passed away March 10, 2017 at Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada. Ted was born Jan. 1, 1931 in Arlington, Kansas to Ray and Eva Toms. He attended and graduated from the Arlington schools in 1949. He married his high school sweetheart Joyce Cummings in October 1950. Ted joined the United States Air Force during the Korean War. Upon his return they purchased a home and a business in Woodland Park, Colo. Tired of the cold winters, they moved to Lake Havasu City in 2004 and purchased a home. Ted is survived by his wife Joyce, son Dan, daughter Cindy and her spouse Steve, and four grandchildren: Mandy, Jody, Jason and Josh. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers: Levi, Chet and Claude, and sister Raylene. A graveside service is at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens, Wednesday, March 22 at 2 p.m. See Also: Find A Grave |
