Dolores “Lolie” Marie Sandoval, 85, of Lake Havasu City, passed away
March 26, 2017. She was born March 18, 1932 in Wilmington,
California to her parents Joseph and Severania Yanez.
Dolores attended Banning High School in Wilmington, Calif. Two years
after graduation, she married the love of her life, Ruben Sandoval,
on June 14, 1952 in Wilmington, Calif. Throughout their years of
marriage, they had five children. Dolores loved to cook, travel,
play cards and go camping. She was a member of the Elks, Eagles, and
American Legion Lodge.
Dolores is preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Severiana
Yanez, son Anthony Sandoval, brothers Manuel and Joseph, and
sisters: Tillie, Margaret, Alice, Lucy and Mary.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 65 years, Ruben Sandoval,
children Ruben Sandoval Jr., Rebecca, Jaylin and Annette, eight
grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
A memorial service is at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m.,
Saturday, April 15.
