Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, May 06, 2009 Thomas R. Daugherty passed away on May 5, 2009, at 12:20 a.m. Thomas was a 30-year resident of Prescott. He was born Aug. 26, 1917, in Cleveland, Ohio. He served in the Navy during WWII. Thomas is survived by his wife Mary of 63 years; six sons; one daughter; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Thomas was also a beloved "Opa" to many of Prescott's brightest and best children and their families. We will all miss him. A memorial potluck will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 9, 2009, at Heritage Park at the hilltop ramada pavilion, 1497 Heritage Park Road. Information provided by survivors.
