The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Tuesday, May 05, 2009 Richard Dennis Allen, 65, of Dewey, Ariz., born Nov. 20, 1943, in Los Angeles, Calif., passed away May 1, 2009, at New Horizons Rest Home in Prescott Valley, Ariz. Private burial will be at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Cave Creek, Ariz. The Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel assisted the family with arrangements.
