| Weekly Journal Miner, Prescott, Arizona Territory Wednesday, April 21, 1909, page 5, column 3 Died Of Tuberculosis (From Sunday's Daily) After a lingering illness, George Green succumbed to tuberculosis in the Mercy hospital at 6 o'clock yesterday morning. He was 59 years old and a native of Michigan. He had resided in this county the last twelve years. He was a miner by occupation and leaves promising mining property in the Copper Basin district. His remains are being prepared for burial by the Ruffner undertaking establishment. The funeral will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment will be in the Citizens' Cemetery. Mr. Green was unmarried. He leaves no immediate relatives in this Territory.
