James Anderson West, 58, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., born Sept. 4, 1950, in San Diego, Calif., passed away May 1, 2009, at his home. 

The family has chosen a private cremation.

Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel assisted the family with arrangements.
