Dead and Buried

E. W. Grover died at this place early Tuesday morning inst. and was buried in the Citizens' Cemetery on the evening of Wednesday inst.

Deceased was a native of Maryland, aged about 34. When a child, his parents took him to Philadelphia, in which city he grew up to manhood. He has a sister in Pennsylvania.

We knew the deceased well, and regret the time and manner of his demise.

W. B. Hollings (sic Hellings), the man who shot Grover at this place on the night of September 26, is out on bail of $10,000 but will now return to jail and await his trial.

Transcriber's note: Mr. Grover is buried in an unmarked grave at the Citizens Cemetery in Prescott, Arizona
