The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Sunday, May 14, 2017, page 6a Clifford Wayne Dority, born November 14, 1931, passed away May 6, 2017. My 85 years were a good life. In my life I had three excellent careers. Foremost of these, in 1954 I married Peggy, my wife of 63 years (“Thanks, Babe”). We had six children, Kathleen, Michael, Kristine, Mark, Karen and Kerry. They gave us seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Another career was 20 years in the U.S. Air Force, retiring in 1970 as a Master Sergeant. Then there were fifteen years with the Traffic Signal Section for the City of Tampa, Florida. My last 32 years were spent in blissful retirement with Peggy. I have a lot of gratitude for my life and most grateful that I was able to spend it as an American. Arrangements entrusted to Sunrise Funeral Home. Information provided by survivors.
