| Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ >>> Published on Sunday, May 21, 2017 <<< >>> Thomas Campbell Webster Jr. - Dec. 8, 1937 – May 6, 2017 <<< Thomas Campbell Webster, 79, passed away May 6 at his home in Lake Havasu City. Tom was born at Loma Linda Hospital in Loma Linda, California, to Frances and Thomas Webster. He was a graduate of UCSB, earning a degree in physical anthropology, a Navy enlistee and a sailor who raced sailboats across both the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. Tom chose commercial fishing as a career. As captain of the vessel Havana, he was active in several professional organizations including holding a seat on the Pacific Regional Fisheries Council. He lived in Hawaii for many years, loved to travel and traveled often. Tom is survived by his wife Judie of Havasu, sons Paul of San Pedro California, Michael and Peter of Oahu, Hawaii and grandson Zuvarango, also of San Pedro. A celebration of Tom’s life is at the Episcopal Church on Friday, May 26, at 11 a.m. |
