Gail Bernard, was born Jan. 7, 1953, in Cordova, Alaska, and died peacefully on May 7, 2017, at Yavapai Regional Medical Center, in Prescott, Arizona.

Gail leaves behind a son, Robert Wiese; a daughter, Wendy Talley; a granddaughter, Caitlin Talley; her mother, JoAnne Banta; a brother, Joe Banta; and a sister, Joann Tilgner.

Gail was a sales manager for KFQD and KWHALE radio stations in Anchorage, Alaska. She married the love of her life, Capt. Ron Bernard, an airline pilot for American West. They moved to Arizona in 1987 and she became a full-time homemaker. Mom, you were so beautiful and smart. You were breathtaking and you will be loved and missed forever.
