Charles Leonard Zerby, 61, of Phoenix, a computer processor for Shamrock Foods, died May 15, 1998. He was born in Buffalo, N.Y. 

Survivors include his wife, Diane; daughter, Debbie; sons, Chuck Zerby Jr., David and Mark; sister, Nancy Chugg; brothers, John and Robert; and 10 grandchildren.

Services: 4 p.m. Monday, Lundberg Mortuary White Rose Chapel, 5310 W. Northern Ave., Glendale.
