| Arizona Weekly Journal Miner, Prescott, Arizona Territory Sunday, September 6, 1908, page 4, column 4 Victim Of Rheumatism W. F. Phillips. aged 53 years and a native of Mount Vernon, Iowa, died in the hospital Thursday evening at 8 o'clock. The fatal disease was rheumatism, from which he had been an intermittent sufferer for the last ten years. He was confined to the hospital the greater portion of this time. His remains were taken in charge by the Ruffner undertaking establishment to be prepared for interment. Transcriber's note: Mr. Phillipps middle initial is incorrect in his obituary above.
