Prescott Evening Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, December 28, 1923, page 3, column 2 Pioneer Woman Is Called By Death Mrs. Nicholas Schroeder, a pioneer of this city, died early this morning at the age of 62 after an illness which had kept her confined to her bed for the greater part of the last three years. No arrangement for the funeral service has so far been made. Mrs. Schroeder is survived by her husband, who is the proprietor of the Depot House on North Cortez street. Transcriber's note: Mrs. Schroeder is buried at the Mountain View Cemetery in Prescott, Arizona.
