PROBST, William John

Weekly Journal Miner, Prescott, Arizona Territory Wednesday, January 6, 1894, page 3, col. 5 From Saturday's Daily: Wm. Probst, a grandson of Mr. and Mrs. John Shannaberger, (Shanberger) died on Saturday evening, at Groom Creek, at the residence of his uncle and aunt, Mr and Mrs. J.W. Barrington. Deceased was only nineteen years of age, and came here about a month ago, suffering from consumption. His remains were brought to Prescott yesterday to await instructions from his parents, who were notified of his death. Transcriber's note: Mr. Probst is buried at the Lakeview Cemetery in Seattle, Washington.
