Virginia was born on March 8, 1933 in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania. Memorial Service will be held for Virginia at the First Presbyterian Church, Fort Bragg, Calif., Thursday, July 13, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. Ruffner-Wakelin Prescott Chapel assisted the family with final arrangements. |
