Jack Keith Oberholtzer, 85, passed away on June 28, 2017 in Lake
Havasu City.
He was the son of Sollie and Evelyn (Tincher) Oberholtzer, born on
Jan. 13, 1932 in Pontiac, Illinois.
Jack was proud to have served his country in the United States Air
Force during the Korean War. He continued a life of service as a
police officer for the Pontiac Police Department where he retired as
a Lieutenant. In recent years, Jack enjoyed spending time with his
friends in Havasu, drinking beer and playing dominoes. He also
enjoyed dancing and singing karaoke at the Elks Lodge.
Jack is preceded in death by his parents, Sollie and Evelyn
Oberholtzer, brothers Max, Bill, Herman and Jim, sisters Betty and
Dorothy, his grandson Dustin, and his beloved dog Booter.
He is survived by his son Jack (Mary Ann) Oberholtzer, daughters
Laura (Rick) Swierk and Denise (Dan) Falkner, brothers Gerald
(Vicki) and Kenneth (Sharon) Oberholtzer, and seven grandchildren.
Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
